At Destination Abroad, we strive to provide exceptional travel packages and visa application guidance services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy for our valued clients.

Travel Packages

  1. Cancellation by the Client:
    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or third-party service provider fees.
    • Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure will be refunded 50% of the total package cost.
    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.
  2. Cancellation by Destination Abroad:
    • If we must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient bookings, natural disasters, or government restrictions), clients will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at a later date.
  3. Changes & Rescheduling:
    • Clients may request changes to their travel dates up to 14 days before departure, subject to availability and additional fees imposed by service providers.
  4. No-Shows:
    • No refunds will be issued for clients who fail to show up on the scheduled departure date.

Visa Application Guidance Services

  2. Service Fees:
    • Our visa application guidance service fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
  3. Application Rejection:
    • We do not guarantee visa approval, as this is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. Fees paid for visa guidance are non-refundable in the event of a visa denial.
  4. Rescheduling & Modifications:
    • Clients may request changes to their visa application assistance before submission at no additional charge.
  5. Incomplete Documentation:
    • If a client fails to provide the required documents within the specified timeline, refunds will not be issued.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
  • Any bank transfer or processing fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
